MONTGOMERY LOGISTICS NAMED BLUE LINE TRUCK DISPATCHING AS 2023 Q1 CARRIER OF THE QUARTER

BIRMINGHAM, AL – Montgomery Logistics, a full-service logistics provider, has named Blue Line Truck Dispatching, Anniston, Ala., as its 2023 Carrier of the Quarter for Q1.

Montgomery Logistics established the Carrier of the Quarter awards to recognize carriers for their consistent and outstanding value as long-term partners. These partners are an invaluable extension of the Montgomery Logistics team and provide consistent, safe, and reliable capacity day in and day out.

“Blue Line was chosen as Carrier of the Quarter due to their consistent service and transparent communication,” Montgomery Logistics Carrier Relations Manager Tommy McGowan said. Trucking has a thousand different factors that can be thrown in, from traffic and weather delays to issues at delivery or with the shipper. With Michael Webb and Blue Line, I never have to worry about communication failures because they let us know in advance, which saves everybody time. Of the thousands of carriers I have worked with, I trust them the most.”

According to McGowan, the owner of Blue Line, Michael Webb, works hard to ensure plans are made and met, following through with timely updates if adjustments are necessary. Webb shared his appreciation of their partnership with Montgomery Logistics.

“This partnership has enabled us to grow our business and maximize our profit potential,” he said. “Tommy and his team always maintain great communication, and it truly seems that nothing ever falls through the cracks. No matter how much they have going on, they always make us feel like our needs come first. We are thankful for this recognition and the opportunities that come from working with Montgomery Logistics.”

Montgomery Logistics and Blue Line have been partners since 2022. Montgomery sees a long and prosperous future with Blue Line. “As lanes evolve and demands shift, we are confident that we will work in partnership to find freight that results in our mutual growth,” McGowan said.
